What's On

In collaboration with the Public Relations Professionals' Association of Hong Kong (PRPA), a series of four workshops is being organized to enhance and refresh the knowledge and skills of Public Relations and Corporate Communications practitioners through experience sharing.

* Participants who attended all four workshops will be awarded a "Certificate in Applied Corporate Communication" co-issued by HKGCC & PRPA.

Considering the increasing public expectations, social media influence, geopolitical shifts, and climate change, organizations now face a greater demand for strong crisis management and communication capabilities.

In times of crisis, it is essential for an organization to quickly assess the situation, take decisive actions to minimize damage, maintain stakeholder confidence, and ensure that business operations continue. Open and timely communication with both internal and external stakeholders is crucial. Therefore, an organization needs to prepare well during stable periods and be ready for potential challenges. Participants will have the opportunity to create response strategies and action plans through crisis simulations.

- Post-crisis recovery

Learning Outcomes:
1. Assess the vulnerability of an organization and take appropriate mitigation measures to reduce risks
2. Develop a crisis management and communication plan in anticipation of a crisis
3. Understand the key principles of crisis handling and be able to take appropriate actions
