The China Committee is organizing a Cocktail Reception to celebrate the 28th Anniversary of the HKSAR on Friday, 11 July 2025, from 6-8 pm at The Hong Kong Club. This special evening will provide an excellent opportunity to connect with the Chamber’s senior leadership and representatives from Mainland provincial and municipal offices in Hong Kong.

We are honoured to welcome Mr. Li Peng, Chief Representative of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) Representative Office in Hong Kong, as our guest speaker. Mr. Li will share valuable insights into the latest national trade directions, emerging trends and future collaboration opportunities between Hong Kong and the Mainland in trade and supply chain development.

Guests include officials from the representative offices of Mainland provinces and cities in Hong Kong, such as Anhui, Beijing, Fujian, Guangdong, Hainan, Hunan, Jiangsu, Jiangxi, Jilin, Shaanxi, Shandong, Yunnan, Zhejiang, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Guangzhou, Haikou, Qingdao, Sanya, Tianjin, Hengqin, Qianhai, and other key regions.

Please note that this event is exclusively for HKGCC members. The participation fee is HK$430 per person, which includes free-flow drinks and canapés. As space is limited, we encourage early registration to avoid disappointment.

Dress code: Business attire (Jeans, T-shirts, tracksuits, shorts, sports shoes and flip-flops are not acceptable). No denim may be worn at any time. Those who do not comply with the dress code will not be able to attend and no refund will be given.

Notes	- Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of payment, on a first come first served basis. - Booking transfer is allowed for corporate members with advanced notice, walk-ins are normally not accepted. - The Chamber reserves the right to decline any booking or cancel the event. In such case, a full refund of the participation fee will be issued. - No refund will be made for last minute cancellations or no-shows. If the booking is cancelled at least 3 days before the event, and in such cases the refund will be subjected to a 10% administration fee, or HK$100 deduction, whichever is higher.
