Nick Chiu

Head of Sales, SME & Growth, Hong Kong, Airwallex

Nick Chiu is the Head of Sales, SME & Growth at Airwallex, a leading global financial platform for modern businesses. Nick leads the commercial sales and business operations for Airwallex in Hong Kong, focusing on business development, partnerships, and acquisition strategies.

Nick served as the Deputy General Manager in Hong Kong for SHOPLINE, one of the largest direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce platforms. Before this, he led the Asia expansion efforts for a multinational SaaS company as Head of Commercial. Nick possesses a deep understanding of Asian markets and has extensive experience in developing and implementing strategies. He has a proven track record of successfully expanding into new markets through adept cross-country management of his team across various functions.

Nick obtained his MSc in Economics from the University of Warwick and a BBA in Economics from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

Angela Lee, BBS, JP

Founder & Chairperson, Laboratory JaneClare Ltd

Ms. Angela Lee Wai Yin is the founder and chairperson of the JaneClare brand. She established JaneClare in 2003 and took on the role of Managing Director in 2012. In addition to being a renowned international lawyer, Angela is also a certified traditional Chinese medicine dietary therapist, as well as an Honorary Fellow awarded by The Professional Validation Council of Hong Kong Industries.

Over more than 20 years of JaneClare brand development, Angela has successfully combined traditional wisdom with innovative research to create 100% Hong Kong-made, pure, and safe skincare solutions.

During her time as a lawyer, she became the first female international partner from Hong Kong at the globally renowned law firm Baker McKenzie. She also chaired the firm's Global Real Estate Practice Group and led the real estate teams in both the Mainland and Hong Kong. She was named Best Real Estate Lawyer in Hong Kong by international publications such as "Who's Who of the Law," "Asia Pacific Legal 500," and "Asia Law Leading Lawyers Survey." Angela has also served as a China-appointed Attesting Officer.

Angela has held significant public service positions, including her roles as a member of the Hong Kong Housing Authority and Chairperson of its Tender Committee, as well as serving on the Standing Commission on Civil Service Salaries and Conditions of Service, the Law Reform Commission, and as an Executive Committee member of the Hong Kong Catholic Marriage Advisory Council.

In 2003, she was appointed Justice of the Peace by the Chief Executive and was awarded the Bronze Bauhinia Star from the Hong Kong SAR Government in 2007. She was named Honorary Permanent Chairperson of the Hong Kong Baptist University Foundation in 2018.
