What's On

The establishment and management of "sales force" is the most essential part of an enterprise. Lack of its management and supervision will lead to low work efficiency, incoordination and disunity between team members. Alternatively, if the "sales team" is properly managed, sales performance will be greatly improved. How do we manage the "sales team"? What are the techniques required to manage the "sales force"? What problems or issues we need to pay attention to? This online workshop allows participants to learn more about the establishment and management of "sales force" so that it can operate effectively, improve performance and achieve the company's business objectives.

Content:
1. How to create a good "sales force" atmosphere?
2. How to encourage the "sales force" to establish a clear "common goal"?
3. How to create "teamwork" and produce "synergy"?
4. How to plan "team assessment" and "criteria of summarizing performance"?
