Each of us have our own perception about the way we see the world around us. Our perceptions create prejudices that affect how we make decisions at work, and in some instances it may negatively impact the way we do business.

Can you eliminate your prejudice completely? No? Surprised!

We unwittingly favour certain types of people based on our upbringing, experience and values because human beings need favouritism to survive, diversity experts say. However, left unchecked on the job and not cultivating an inclusive mindset can affect hiring, talent retention, evaluations and assignments.

In this interactive workshop, we will explore various situations and provide tips on how to:

1. Understand the reasons for the source of our prejudice
2. Learn to recognize our "Blind Spots"
2. Manage our preconceived notion that creeps into our thought process
3. Manage our brain and those of others so that our predisposition does not affect the desired outcome
4. Manage our brain better to be a better communicator, leader and make better decisions for ourselves, and the organization we work for.
