Many people struggle to negotiate well. They don't enjoy it and very often fail to achieve their objectives. It needs not to be this way. Negotiating is about reaching an agreement that is seen as positive by all involved. It should be viewed as an opportunity for creating trust and value.

It recognizes that at any level within an organization, managers and staff should be able to persuade their bosses, colleagues, subordinates, suppliers and customers, and at the same time create a strong personal image enjoying lasting prestige.

Key Objectives:
1. Increase the level of trust.
