Assessment centres have been seen as one of the best ways to select candidates. However, traditionally, it is also a costly assessment method, requiring some efforts to do it properly. In this talk, the speaker will discuss the gold standard of conducting assessment centres and broadly speaking, the principles of talent assessment. The speaker will further introduce Virtual Assessment Centre, which revolutionizes the operation of assessment centres. VirtualAC allows you to conduct an AC completely online, anywhere anytime you want, saving you costs and improving your selection accuracy by tackling the traditional challenges of an AC. After this talk, you will learn a few tools and tips to improve your own talent assessment practices.
