What's On

The global tax landscape is evolving rapidly, driven by shifting political dynamics and significant tax reforms. The roundtable luncheon will begin by examining the unprecedented volume of political turnover due to elections across the globe, assessing how this volatility influences tax policy creation and stability. The speaker will then delve into the theme of international collaboration, particularly in the wake of the OECD's Pillar 2 framework, discussing how cross-border cooperation and consensus-building shape tax policy evolution, while acknowledging the practical limits of such endeavours. The speaker will then cast a forward-looking gaze, analysing probable future tax policy scenarios and offering guidance on how companies can strategically prepare, predict, and pre-empt the upcoming changes in the tax landscape.
