Amid China's drive to promote the adoption of technology in the retail and tourism industries, there has been a perceptible increase in the deployment of AI and big data technology in Hong Kong in recent years.

To help members understand the dynamics of the latest technological developments and their applications to the local retail and tourism sectors, the Chamber's Retail and Tourism Committee is pleased to have invited Wallis Chan, Managing Director of Radica Systems Limited, to speak at a luncheon seminar on 12 October at 12:30 - 2:00 pm. She will share her insights and experiences on designing effective e-marketing campaigns and how businesses can capitalise on AI and big data tools to enhance their operations. Participants will also learn how to choose the operational and investment strategies that suit their needs.

The talk will touch on the following:
• Challenges of the current retail market and trends;
• Case study on the latest retail projects and strategies using Big Data;
• How the market is responding to changing retail technology in Hong Kong.

Notes - Bookings will only be confirmed with full payment, on a first-come-first-served basis.
- Substitution is allowed for corporate members only with advanced notice while walk-ins will normally not be accepted.
- Please note that the Chamber reserves the right to decline any booking or cancel the event without explanation. In any such instance, the event fee will be returned in full.
- There will be no refund for attendees cancelling or not showing up for the event unless the cancellation request is made in writing at least 3 days before the event, and in such cases the refund will be subjected to a 10% administration fee, or HK$100 deduction, whichever is higher.
- Members paying with their BOC HKGCC Visa Card will enjoy a 30% discount on their reservation. The discount is only applicable to the card holder, and does not extend to their guests. The discount cannot be used in conjunction with Chamber Coupons.
