New World Development has recently added the finishing touches to its Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront project, Victoria Dockside, with the launch of K11 MUSEA, a cultural-retail destination to enrich the new consumer's daily life through the power of creativity, culture and innovation and propagate different cultures including sustainability.
Apart from its certified green building design, K11 MUSEA also devotes spaces for a climate-controlled display cabinet with exotic plant species and a Nature Discovery Park, which is Hong Kong's first urban biodiversity museum and located on the eighth floor of K11 MUSEA, featuring over 180 native and exotic species.
To explore this signature project, members are invited to take part in a tour to Victoria Dockside that the Chamber is organising on Monday, 2 December 2019.
In addition to K11 MUSEA, members will also have the opportunity of understanding the green elements of the revitalised Avenue of Stars and the photovoltaic solar system installed in office tower K11 ATELIER.
Due to limited places, priority will be given to corporate members, which will be allocated up to two places each. Additional places will be subject to availability. The Chamber and hosting party reserve the right to reject any applications.
The tentative programme is as below:
16:00 Arrive at K11 ATELIER
16:05 Guided tour of K11 ATELIER
16:45 Guided tour of Avenue of Stars
17:15 Guided tour of K11 MUSEA (Levels 0 to 2 and Nature Discovery Park)
18:00 End of visit
