Mr Benjamin Mok 
Acting Commissioner for the Development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area

Mr Benjamin Mok joined the Administrative Service in 1997. He has served in various bureaux and departments including the Civil Service Bureau; the former Transport Bureau; the Hong Kong Economic & Trade Office in Brussels; the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department; the former Home Affairs Bureau; and the Home Affairs Department. He was the Principal Assistant Secretary (Pay & Leave) of the Civil Service Bureau before joining the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Development Office in September 2020.

John is currently responsible for Hang Seng wholesale banking cash management business and strategy with coverage across sales, product management, digital banking channel development and client implementation. He has thorough knowledge and solid experience on commercial banking.


John is a solid commercial banking executive with proven track record in delivering exceptional strong and sustainable business result. He possesses over 30 years of banking experience and specialized on transaction banking. Prior to joining Hang Seng Bank in 2015, John spent 25 years with Standard Chartered Hong Kong and China. He has successful career span in leading business transformation and managing changes effectively. He is an active influencer on digital innovation and latest banking development eg like CBDC.

Ms Catherine Tsang, PwC Shenzhen Qianhai Partner - China Tax and Business Advisory 

Catherine is a partner of China tax and business advisory division based in Shenzhen. Catherine is the Lead Partner of PwC Shenzhen Qianhai office, and the Firmwide I&D Leader.  She has over 30 years of professional experience in providing a full range of tax and business advisory services to multinational and domestic corporations in connection with their inbound and outbound investments. 

Ms Chiang Ling LI
Partner at Tiang & Partners

Li has focused on Data, Cybersecurity, and Intellectual Property law since 1994. She has been at the forefront of the law, from obtaining approvals for outbound transfer of data from China to handling data breaches for multinational companies.

Li recently assisted an Asian government authority with data issues relating to the establishment of a data exchange. She has advised a Middle Eastern government on putting in place a cybersecurity and data regulatory framework for the country, and assisted with the legal analysis relating to the possible free flow of data within the Greater Bay Area. Besides aiding multinational companies with the security assessment by China data regulators for the outbound transfer of data, she has also advised a global law firm on data protection issues as well as a US alliance on data vulnerability issues, and helped a quasi-government authority and a university to put in place data governance frameworks for data from multiple jurisdictions (including the United Kingdom, Germany, France, China, Taiwan, Korea, Singapore, Australia, Japan, Canada and the United States).

A Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development of the UK, C.K. is the author of three management bestsellers, a regular columnist of MasterInsights and guest host for over a decade of Metro Radio all on people management and development.

Ms Angel Choi
CEO, Fortune Pharmacal Co Ltd

Ms. Angel Choi is a pharmacist by training, registered in both Hong Kong and Canada. She has over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, in both multinational and Hong Kong-based companies. An extensive reach across the Asia Pacific, Emerging Markets, China and Hong Kong, managing a diverse portfolio, from Vaccine, Oncology, and Prescription to OTC products. Having held positions such as Senior Regional Director and Country Manager. She now works as Chief Executive Officer for Fortune Pharmacal Company Limited, and aims to build a sustainable organization that “always going one step further”. She is currently representing Fortune Pharmacal as an executive committee member of the Hong Kong Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Association.

- The Chamber reserves the right to decline any booking or cancel the event. In such case, a full refund of the participation fee will be issued.
- No refund will be made for last minute cancellations or no-shows. If the booking is cancelled at least 3 days before the event, and in such cases the refund will be subjected to a 10% administration fee, or HK$100 deduction, whichever is higher.
