About Opera Hong Kong
Opera Hong Kong is the first opera company to have been established in Hong Kong. Founded in July 2003 as a non-profit organisation, it is committed to the mission of enhancing the appreciation of the art of opera in Hong Kong and promoting local musical talents.

About Philip Eisenbeiss

Philip Eisenbeiss was born in Germany. He had one real ambition: to become an opera singer. But scores of frustrated voice coaches convinced him to abandon this aspiration. Today he is a partner of a regional executive search firm where he runs the Wealth Management practice. His first book Bel Canto Bully: The Life and Times of the Legendary Opera Impresario Domenico Barbaja (Haus Publishing) has become one of the most talked-about books on opera, reaching beyond the audience of music cognoscenti to lovers of European history. Philip will share his insights on how to appreciate opera and its interesting aspect.

About Warren Mok, Artistic Director of Opera Hong Kong

World-renowned Chinese tenor Warren Mok (莫華倫) has performed in many leading opera houses in the world. His operatic repertoire exceeds 60 roles, virtually cover all the main roles in opera canon. He will share his exciting life journey from his student age to become the first notable opera singer of Hong Kong in the world arena. He will also share his vision of establishing Opera Hong Kong and promoting the art to Mainland China.
