What's On

The Covid-19 has slowed down economic growth and trade activities all over the world. While many corporations are suffering from serious financial crisis; new business opportunities arise. Changes in the business environment, addition of new shareholders and withdrawal of existing shareholders have become commonplace, but Hong Kong is facing another special phenomenon - the "emigration wave". To cope with these situations, corporate restructuring is inevitable. This is a "challenge" for corporations, but also an "opportunity". As a business owner, how can you deal with these challenges? This is now a hot topic in town!

There are many complicated matters to pay attention to in regard to company restructuring. Shall we abandon the old company and re-establish a new one? Or simply adding new business units to an existing company? Will changes of shareholders affect business operations? How to handle the existing debts and employees? Our speaker will answer all these questions in this workshop.

Target audience: proprietors, company shareholders, investors, financial executives, and managerial staff who are interested in corporate restructuring.

This workshop will be conducted in Cantonese. Please refer to the Chinese version for details.
