Termination of employment is never an easy task for companies in Mainland China, as the legal requirements are tough and the costs are always substantial. Cases which involve million dollars of termination payments is not rare in China. What's more? After paying the high "break-up fee", the employer may still not get rid of the complicated and harsh employment relationship. Huge amount of compensation costs and high occurrence of mass incidents are common among labour disputes.
A well-structured payroll that complies with the law will increase the actual benefits of employees and reduce the cost of employers, which, in turn, reasonably reduces the cost of termination for both employees and employers.
