Time vanishes minute by minute and hour by hour. Everyone has the same amount of time, i.e. 1,440 minutes per day. There is no shortcut to effective time management. The key is to invest your time in the most productive way, not only for the benefit of your organization but for your own peace of mind.

In this interactive online workshop, you will discover where your time is spent. With a clear picture of where time is lost, you can see where improvements can be made. You will review specific tools and approaches to help you stay on target, reduce procrastination and get results in the areas over which you can take more control. You'll learn how to lock out mental distractions so that you can eliminate time wasters and concentrate on your priorities.

• Leverage best practices for organising your work, your schedule, and your life.
• Follow a process to improve prioritising your projects and tasks.
• Use additional tips and digital tools that can help you achieve and sustain your time management goals.
