What's On

Companies are in face of common problems, such as short demand cycles of clients, volatile production plans, limited conditions of warehouse, low operation efficiency and inactive business management. Subject to keen market competition, the key is to achieve low inventory level while meeting clients' demand at the same time. This online workshop is suitable for those currently involved in inventory and logistics management. Those who are responsible for the management of supply chain in manufacturing and retailing sectors would also find this workshop relevant to their work.

(This event will be conducted in Cantonese. Please refer to the Chinese version for details.)
