Michael Schriver, Group President, North Asia, LVMH

With over 30 years of experience in retail, Michael began his career as a sales associate at Macy’s Department store in the United States. He then joined the DFS Group where he held various strategic roles in store operations, buying and planning over an extensive 16-year period.  As President of Merchandising, Michael was responsible to lead the DFS Group’s shift to luxury. In 2008, he moved from San Francisco to Hong Kong to become President of Worldwide Store Operations and was named Chief Operating Officer in 2012.

In September 2014, Michael was appointed President of Louis Vuitton North Asia, responsible for the regional operations of Louis Vuitton in China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Korea Domestic and Korea Duty Free. On 31 August 2022, Michael was appointed LVMH Group President North Asia.

Michael is a graduate of Temple University in Philadelphia, US and current resides in Hong Kong with his wife Naomi.

Notes - Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of payment, on a first come first served basis.
- Booking transfer is allowed for corporate members with advanced notice, walk-ins are normally not accepted.
- The Chamber reserves the right to decline any booking or cancel the event. In such case, a full refund of the participation fee will be issued.
- No refund will be made for last minute cancellations or no-shows. If the booking is cancelled at least 3 working days before the event, and in such cases the refund will be subjected to a 10% administration fee, or HK$100 deduction, whichever is higher.
- A $60 handling fee per person will be charged for all offline bookings (e.g. fax, e-mail, post) for all Chamber events. Go online today by downloading our app or registering on the HKGCC website to save the environment and money.
- Priority is given to corporate members. The decision to accept or decline any booking shall be at sole discretion of the Chamber.
