Join us on 17 February, when Alexander May, Data Privacy Practice Leader (Hong Kong, Corporate) at Hill Dickinson will detail the key features of the PIPL, and clarify common misconceptions associated with the law. He will also touch upon key differences between the PIPL and other data privacy laws, such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Key issues covered in this webinar include:
•   The principles of data privacy and what a basic data privacy approach looks like
•   Understanding personal data and data processing under the PIPL
