An actuarial method can help companies use their HR budgets more efficiently and hold on to their best workers.

Talent retention is a major issue for businesses in Hong Kong. Companies must stay within their budgets when deciding what level of compensation and benefits to offer employees. Recruiting and training new candidates is an expensive and time-consuming process, so retaining staff for longer saves costs. Loyal workers with skills and experience also offer invaluable benefits through synergy and consistency.

For HR staff and hiring managers, it can be difficult to get the balance right when deciding how to spend their budgets. But using data and science can help corporates make HR decisions in a more cost-efficient way.
Backed by actuarial modelling, the Gain Miles People Cost model uses science and data to calculate the value created from better talent retention over extra people cost.

Join us on 23 July for this webinar where Billy Wong, Executive Director of the Gain Miles Group, and Vincent Fung, Managing Consultant of Comptify Analytics, will share their insights.
