The trade war between Mainland China and the United States has unnerved the global economy and created considerable uncertainty in the business, commodity and foreign exchange (forex) markets. Corporations are being affected as investors lose confidence. The trade war is not showing any signs of being resolved any time soon, but corporations that understand the different scenarios that are likely to play out will be in a better position to formulate strategies to minimize the associated risks.

How is the trade war likely to develop? What will be the effect on the commodity and forex markets? What strategies and tools are available for managing market risk? Alex Poon, Vice President of ADMIS Hong Kong Limited, will share his insights and exchange views with members on corporate investment in turbulent times.
