Chamber members and CEO Patrick Yeung had an enjoyable time learning how to recognize the different ingredients used in the production of baijiu (traditional Chinese liquor) at an appreciation and blind-tasting session on 8 November.

Haoyu Zhang, Brand Ambassador of Guizhou Zhenjiu, a baijiu brand under the ZJLD Group, taught the participants how to identify and rate three sauce aroma spirits – Zhen 15, Zhen 30 and Maotai – using their sense of smell. Zhang also shared about the company’s history and achievements over the past 65 years.
