In collaboration with the Hong Kong Public Relations Professionals' Association (PRPA), a series of three workshops is organized to enhance and refresh the knowledge and skills of PR and Corporate Communications practitioners through experience sharing.

* Participants who attended all three workshops will be awarded a "Certificate in Applied Corporate Communication" co-issued by HKGCC & PRPA.

Workshop 3: "Digital Communications in Practice" on 6 February 2024
This workshop delves into the dynamic realm of digital communications, while exploring its profound impact on the changing market landscape. Participants will gain insights into how new media and social platforms have revolutionised brand communication. The workshop focuses on practical strategies for engaging target audiences and navigating emerging technologies. A highlight of the workshop is to showcase the "Huawei AI Idol Maker" campaign by Ogilvy Public Relations, a Gold Award winner in the Digital Communications category of the 5th Hong Kong Public Relations Awards 2023, serving as a compelling case study.

Law Wing-chung, Managing Partner and Co-founder, Jervois One HK Ltd

Law Wing-chung served in the news industry for over 12 years. He joined the government and took the position of Political Assistant to the Financial Secretary in 2012. He resigned in 2016 and assisted Mr John Tsang in running for the Hong Kong Chief Executive position in the 2017 election. Law then started “Jervois One,” his public affairs and public relations consulting service. He also hosts a current affairs program for radio and TV.

Mr. Law received a Bachelor’s degree in Law and a Master’s degree in journalism from the University of Hong Kong. He was also a visiting journalist fellow of the Reuters Institute for the Study of Journalism at Oxford University.

Notes - Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of payment, on a first come first served basis.
- Booking transfer is allowed for corporate members with advanced notice, walk-ins are normally not accepted.
- The Chamber reserves the right to decline any booking or cancel the event. In such case, a full refund of the participation fee will be issued.
- No refund will be made for last minute cancellations or no-shows. If the booking is cancelled at least 7 days before the event, and in such cases the refund will be subjected to a 10% administration fee, or HK$100 deduction, whichever is higher.
- A $50 handling fee per person will be charged for all offline bookings (e.g. fax, e-mail, post) for all Chamber events. Go online today by downloading our app or registering on the HKGCC website to save the environment and money.
- Priority is given to corporate members. The decision to accept or decline any booking shall be at sole discretion of the Chamber.
