Since its launch in 2002, LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® ("LSP") Method has proven as a well-researched team facilitation tool for enhanced team collaborations, in terms of communications, problem solving, decision-making, and creative thinking.

This 1-day highly interactive workshop aims to provide participants training on a good mix of win-win-win collaborative mindset, skills and strategies including insights for gaining ways to resolve conflicts as well as influential ability to refine team connection.

Key objectives of this workshop
• Analyse and determine the right and true problem to resolve (vs. ones you need to avoid and ignore)
• Know how better to think and behave with flexibility and to make others feel more comfortable in working with you as a team
• Develop effective strategies for making decisions
• Know how better to implement and monitor your personal and business decisions
• Gain good insights of how LSP Method is relevant for change management, decision making and problem solving for you and your team at work

Harry is the 1st ABNLP certified master trainer of NLP and master coach in Asia as well as a certified facilitator of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method and materials. He is a business consultant, training architect and director with over 27 years of extensive global and Greater China business and people management experience. He has trained over 36,000 business students and professionals in universities and corporations on MYTM leadership, storytelling for business communication, POWERTM coaching, change management and mindfulness-playfulness-happiness at work ("MPH") with a passionate, interactive and lively training style.

Notes - Bookings will only be confirmed with full payment, on a first-come-first-served basis.
- Substitution is allowed for corporate members only with advanced notice while walk-ins will normally not be accepted.
- Please note that the Chamber reserves the right to decline any booking or cancel the event without explanation. In any such instance, the event fee will be returned in full.
- There will be no refund for attendees cancelling or not showing up for the event unless the cancellation request is made in writing at least 7 days before the event, and in such cases the refund will be subjected to a 10% administration fee, or HK$100 deduction, whichever is higher.
- Members paying with their BOC HKGCC Visa Card will enjoy a 30% discount on their reservation. The discount is only applicable to the card holder, and does not extend to their guests. The discount cannot be used in conjunction with Chamber Coupons.
- Starting 1 January 2017, all off-line bookings (e.g. fax, e-mail, post) for Chamber events will be charged a $50 handling fee per person. Make the switch to online today by installing our app or registering via our website to save the environment and save money.
- Priorities are given to corporate members. The decision to accept or decline any bookings shall be at the sole discretion of the Chamber.
