This year marks the commencement of the nation’s 15th Five-Year Plan and a pivotal moment for Hong Kong as it transitions from stability to prosperity. Gaining a clear understanding of the Central Government’s policy direction and the development blueprint for the next five years will be essential to seizing early opportunities and strengthening competitive advantages.

The Chamber will organise a National Studies Programme from 22 to 24 July 2026 at Tsinghua University in Beijing. As one of China’s leading institutions of higher learning, Tsinghua University brings together top-tier academic resources and distinguished scholars, offering participants high-quality national education. Through systematic policy analysis, participants will gain a deeper understanding into the country’s development direction, grasp overarching trends, and further enhance their overall competitiveness.
