To help safeguard health and home safety of members and their families, the Chamber Young Executives Club has invited a trainer from Hong Kong Red Cross to conduct a workshop on the subject. This workshop will teach parents and children how to prevent accidents at home, and some useful basic first aid knowledge including immediate treatment methods for minor injuries. The workshop will not only provide children with a key life skill, but also help them understand the importance of protecting other people and preventing harm to themselves and others.

Through parent-child interaction, this workshop will also enhance the relationship between the two generations.

Eligibility: Children aged 6 to 10, and one parent or relative per child.
**Children will receive a certificate issued by Hong Kong Red Cross after participation.

Workshop content:
- Basic first aid knowledge
- Bandaging practice for simple bleeding
- Preventing common children's household accidents
- Parent-child games

Notes - This event is targeting children aged 6 to 10.
- After registration, the secretariat will contact you for your child's personal information.
- Any change on information of the attendees, please notify us 14 days before the event.
- The registration fee for the event includes one adult and one child. Every child who attends must be accompanied by an adult.
- All adult participants are required to EITHER: (1) meet the requirements of Vaccine Pass (including valid Recovery Code QR Code); OR (2) obtain a negative Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) result on the training day.
- Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of administration fee, on a first come first served basis.
- The Chamber reserves the right to decline any booking or cancel the event. In such case, a full refund of the participation fee will be issued.
- No refund will be made for last minute cancellations or no-shows. If the booking is cancelled at least 17 days before the event, and in such cases the refund will be subjected to a 10% administration fee, or HK$100 deduction, whichever is higher.
- A $50 handling fee per person will be charged for all offline bookings (e.g. fax, e-mail, post) for all Chamber events. Go online today by downloading our app or registering on the HKGCC website to save the environment and money.
- Priority is given to corporate members. The decision to accept or decline any booking shall be at sole discretion of the Chamber.
- Participants agree to indemnify the Chamber and the hosting party all liabilities for property damage, physical injury or death in relation to this event. Participants are advised to take their own insurance against all risks.
