Understanding China's regional economic development model has always been pivotal for the success of Hong Kong businesses entering the Mainland's fast-expanding market.

The Best-Performing Cities China 2021 Index from the Milken Institute clearly demonstrates the efficacy of China's regional development strategy, showing how different cities -- including Haikou and Guangzhou -- have benefited from government strategies, focused on their strengths, and achieved astonishing growth. Besides cities, regional urban clusters such as the Greater Bay Area (GBA) have also been successful in driving economic growth.

How can Hong Kong businesses benefits from insights into the regional strategy? Join us on 26 July to learn more about how to position your business in China's long-term development landscape.

At this seminar, Perry Wong, Managing Director of Research at the Milken Institute and author of the report, will share an overview of the findings, and explain in more detail the underlying reasons and context for the cities' accomplishments. He will also discuss Hong Kong's unique role and how the city can benefit from the GBA opportunities.
