As such, the Chamber's Retail and Tourism Committee is pleased to welcome Mr Ben Chuk, Senior Business Development Manager,, to speak at a Chamber luncheon roundtable on 14 March. He will discuss the unique positioning of in Mainland China and Southeast Asia, and will also share his insights into the development of e-commerce under the "fourth retail revolution."

The talk will also touch on the following:
-   Smart retail -- including big data, delivery drones and personalized service -- and how it can help retailers understand and serve their customers better and improve efficiency
-   How Hong Kong businesses can work with to reach the global market

Mr Chuk is experienced in assisting overseas merchants to penetrate the China market via cross-border e-commerce. He joined in 2015 and successfully brought in global brands including Nestlé, Lindt, Kjeldsens, Starbucks and Dr. Morita (森田藥粧) to JD Worldwide. Prior to joining, he held positions in business development, branding and category management in different industries.
