HKGCC, together with the Korean Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong (KOCHAM) and the Chinese General Chamber of Commerce (CGCC) have teamed up to host a joint networking lunch on 19 July from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m.

Deputy Consul-General of Korea Park Kyongsig, and businesspeople from KOCHAM will also be present at the event, so this is a great opportunity for members to catch up and learn about the latest developments of Korea.

IMPORTANT Covid-19 Restrictions:
To ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable lunch, participants will need to follow the Covid-19 regulations:
1. All participants must have received three doses of Covid-19 vaccine, and are required to follow the Government's regulations on entering a restaurant.
2. All participants are required to present proof of a negative Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) done within 24 hours of the event time, in the form of a photo of the test result with the date and individual's name on the kit.
3. All participants are required to use the LeaveHomeSafe app to enter the venue.
4. Participants who do not comply with the above requirements will not be able to join the event and no refund will be given.
5. No walk-ins allowed.

Notes - Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of payment, on a first come first served basis.
- The Chamber reserves the right to decline any booking or cancel the event. In such case, a full refund of the participation fee will be issued.
- No refund will be made for last minute cancellations or no-shows. If the booking is cancelled at least 7 working days before the event, and in such cases the refund will be subjected to a 10% administration fee, or HK$100 deduction, whichever is higher.
