Members had an exclusive tour of the Smart Government Innovation LAB on 2 February, with Gavin Wah, Chief Systems Manager of OGCIO, introducing the LAB’s work on utilizing innovative ideas from the I&T sector to facilitate smart city development. 

Members were then given a guided tour of the latest innovative solutions as applied to public services, including open data city dashboards, tree movement monitoring, an immersive 4D cave, and smart lamp posts, among others.
