 | Selina Kam, Senior Talent Development Consultant, Sino i Training Centre Selina was the corporate HR director and a member of the sustainability committee for a listed company with a global presence. She conducts leadership and management programmes since 2005, and has led talent development programmes since 2009. She was the lecturer of Building a Learning Organization, Developing Talents and Succession Planning Executive Diploma, HR Management Professional Diploma from 2013 to 2019. Currently, she is a lecturer of an ESG & HR international certification programme. As a member of the Academy of Management (AOM), and division member of the Communication, Digital Technology and Organization (CTO), Technology and Innovation Management (TIM) divisions, she attended the AOM annual meetings in Copenhagen this July, 2025. She hopes to bring the latest digital transformation trends on human capital management to market practitioners. As a human capital strategist, a Distinguished Trainer Awardee and the programme manager of “Regional Graduate Development Programme” which received the HKMA Citation for Career Development Award in 2009 , she has trained and coached more than 40,000 leaders and executives from over 133 organizations in the Asia-Pacific region on various topics, including leadership and management, personal and interpersonal effectiveness, as well as financial and retirement planning. With her extensive experience, she has been interviewed by SCMP, HK Economic Times, and Oriental Daily on various people development topics like how to engage new generations. She is a doctoral candidate and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Sustainable Business from the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership at the University of Cambridge, in addition to a master’s degree, and a bachelor’s degree from Western University in Canada. |
