He assesses staff needs and develops interactive, target-focused courses for specific purposes. With over 30 years‘ experience in Hong Kong, the Asia Pacific region and mainland China, Richard has worked with clients as diverse as Cathay Pacific, CLP, DLA Piper, Hong Kong Clearing & Exchanges, IBM, Li & Fung, Marks & Spencer, Moody’s, ICAC, The Peninsula Hotel, Standard Chartered Bank as well as with government departments including the Legislative Council, the Monetary Authority, and the Treasury. Academically, he holds a Master’s Degree in English for the Professions (Distinction) for which his dissertation focused on workplace writing in Hong Kong. |
