What's On

This webinar will be conducted online on Zoom Platform with interactive in-class activities.

Have you been part of a change program that has left you feeling drained and demotivated? Have you wanted to make shifts/changes in your life and been stuck by your inner narratives and your environment?

Most of us approach change and growth from a problem-solving perspective - to fix a problem which is a deficit-based approach.

Appreciative Inquiry (AI) is a strengths-based, positive approach to leadership development and organizational change. AI is a change management approach that focuses on identifying what is working well, analyzing why it is working well and then doing more of it.

What makes Appreciative Inquiry different from other organizational change models? Join Lalita Raman, Executive, Leadership Coach and Facilitator, for this interactive half day webinar, who will cover essential tips on Appreciative Inquiry:

1) How to focus on the best of what is and using this as a foundation to build future directions.

2) How do you explore strengths and successes that already exist, both internally and externally and use this to build relationships, create common vision and direction and co-create solutions?

3) How can you apply AI to yourself and helping yourself with shifts that you want to make, with others one on one or group and also at an organizational level?

4) How you show up and bring the positive and generative thoughts moment to moment in your daily lives and in others' lives.

You will benefit from being, thinking, doing and saying to create positive change for yourself and others. The beauty of AI is that it is not all about positive and ignoring the challenges but asking how might we move forward together?
