As Edelman Hong Kong’s corporate and financial services lead, Angela Hui possesses extensive knowledge and expertise in executing successful communications programs for international, regional, and local clients. Her deep understanding of Hong Kong, Asia, and international markets is crucial for driving leading communications campaigns for corporate clients. She serves as a media trainer and offers strategic counsel on issues and crisis management for clients across various sectors, including financial services, public affairs, hospitality, transportation and consumer products.

Angela holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, an MA in Journalism from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and a BBA in Finance and Management of Organization from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

Sofia Yip, Gen Z Lab APAC Lead, Head of Brand, Edelman Hong Kong

Sofia is an award-winning communications consultant who believes in the power of storytelling for problem-solving and business growth. In 2024, she was recognized as a trailblazer and honoured with the prestigious “40 Under 40” title by Campaign Asia. Her strong passion for youth is evident in her role as an Adjunct Lecturer at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, where she teaches Journalism and Communication. Currently, Sofia spearheads Edelman's Gen Z initiatives across the APAC region, highlighting her commitment to understanding and connecting with the next generation.

Notes - Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of payment, on a first come first served basis.
- Booking transfer is allowed for corporate members with advanced notice, walk-ins are normally not accepted.
- The Chamber reserves the right to decline any booking or cancel the event. In such case, a full refund of the participation fee will be issued.
- No refund will be made for last minute cancellations or no-shows. If the booking is cancelled at least 7 days before the event, and in such cases the refund will be subjected to a 10% administration fee, or HK$100 deduction, whichever is higher.
- Members paying with their BOC HKGCC Visa Card will enjoy a 30% discount on their reservation. The discount is only applicable to the card holder, and does not extend to their guests. The discount cannot be used in conjunction with Chamber Coupons.
- A $50 handling fee per person will be charged for all offline bookings (e.g. fax, e-mail, post) for all Chamber events. Go online today by downloading our app or registering on the HKGCC website to save the environment and money.
- Priority is given to corporate members. The decision to accept or decline any booking shall be at sole discretion of the Chamber.
