Jacky Tsai, Technology Lead for Trusple

Tsai is the Technology Lead for Trusple, a digital international trade platform from Ant Group serving SMEs and working with partners like banks and supply chain service providers. Tsai’s previous roles included leading the Technology Platform Upgrade for PayTM, an Ant-backed company that is the largest digital wallet in India.

Carmen Chan, Managing Director, Head of Trade and Working Capital, Greater China & North Asia, Transaction Banking, Standard Chartered Bank

Chan joined Standard Chartered in 2020 as the Greater China & North Asia Trade and Working Capital Head, a role that incorporates formulating the Bank’s regional product strategy as well as overseeing the commercialization and end-to-end delivery of trade, supply chain finance and short-term lending solution offerings in China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea and Japan. With more than 20 years in the global trade finance, Chan has extensive experience in managing a rapidly growing client portfolio across a spectrum of industries.

During 2010 to 2020, Chan had held various senior Trade Finance and Cash Management positions in Deutsche Bank, including 4+ years as Head of Financial Supply Chain for Asia Pacific. In 2018, she took over the role of Trade Finance & Lending Head for Greater China, where she oversaw the region’s fast-growing Trade, Supply Chain Financing, as well as Working Capital Lending businesses. Prior to joining Deutsche Bank, Chan had also spent more than a decade at Bank of America Merrill Lynch managing a regional portfolio of multinational and local corporate clients with trade and supply chain finance requirements across Asia Pacific.
