Leading over 245 fast-food outlets and 15,000 employees, Randy Lai is not only the first McDonald’s CEO to be nurtured locally, but also the first female Managing Director of McDonald’s Singapore in 2010 prior to her current capacity. Under Lai’s leadership, McDonald’s Hong Kong has one of the highest guest counts per outlet amongst McDonald’s global presence.
In regards to her accomplishments in business innovation and talent management, Lai has received much recognition and many accolades such as the Best People-focused CEO award by CTGoodJobs in 2019 and Professional of the Year by the AmCham Hong Kong Women of Influence Awards in 2017, just to name a few.
Lai is also passionate about community engagement and social value creation, leading McDonald’s to become one of the largest youth employers in Hong Kong.
Founder & Chairwoman, The Coffee Academïcs
Award-winning serial entrepreneur Jennifer Liu is the Founder & Chairwoman of The Coffee Academïcs. She started her career with founding the startup, PP.com, a tech company that was invested in by PCCW Ventures and later acquired by a NASDAQ property company in the US.
Liu’s F&B curations are drawn from a diverse combination of the arts, technology, and her experiences while traveling. From the boutique neighbourhood cafes under the HABITU brand to the specialty coffeehouses The Coffee Academïcs and Roastary Lab, each of her brands are reflections of Liu’s creative and charismatic leadership qualities.
Besides her F&B ventures, Liu is also a passionate social advocate, having founded her personal charity – Jennifer W.F. Liu Charitable Foundation – to give back to the community. The foundation hosts workshops on social causes, particularly sustainable living, and helps support underprivileged women and children in Hong Kong.
CEO & Founder, JIA Group
Born in Singapore and educated in The University of Western Australia with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Yenn Wong is the CEO and founder of JIA Group, a Hong Kong-based food and beverage operator that has earned a reputation internationally as an award-winning trendsetter in the hospitality industry. The group has amassed awards and accolades over the years, including three Michelin stars for Louise (since 2020), Duddell’s (since 2013) and Ando (2021). In 2020, three of JIA’s chef-founders were awarded with “The Best Chef Awards”, a highly recognized and respected platform within the culinary community.
Wong herself has been awarded “Asia’s best Young Entrepreneur” by Businessweek 2008 and one of the 10 “Women of our Time” by South China Morning Post in 2013, just to name a few of her accolades.
Executive Director, Lady M Hong Kong
Tammy Wu brought Lady M New York to Hong Kong in 2015 and has been involved with the group’s operation, management, and marketing ever since. Driven by a strong passion and instinct for innovation, Wu has led her creative team to create Hong Kong’s own seasonal products for the Lady M brand, which have been very well received and featured prominently on social media platforms. With Wu’s great ambition of bringing highly sought-after brands and unique dining experiences to the F&B market, The Tiffany Blue Box Café, 當文歷餅店by Dominique Ansel and Sugarfina have also been introduced to Hong Kong in recent years.
Besides her work at the F&B industry, Wu can be found juggling her duties as the Vice Chairman of the Women Executives Club at HKGCC, Honorary President of the Hong Kong Children Foundation as well as Vice Chairman of the Hong Kong Island Women’s Association.

- The Chamber reserves the right to decline any booking or cancel the event. In such case, a full refund of the participation fee will be issued.
- No refund will be made for last minute cancellations or no-shows. If the booking is cancelled at least 3 days before the event, and in such cases the refund will be subjected to a 10% administration fee, or HK$100 deduction, whichever is higher.
