The new normal (Covid-19, work from home (WFH), economic downturn, global trade wars…) have put a lot of pressure on organizations to seek new ways to deliver high impact and cost-effective people development programmes. The WFH experience has lessened users' resistance to e-learning as they have been forced to get more used to online meetings and webinars, yet online programmes so far has failed to deliver the level of engagement and focus than face to face programmes.

Accordingly, the million-dollar question to learning organizations is to find the right blend of face-to-face, virtual, self-pace & real time programmes to not only get good evaluation scores, but also increase long-term memory behavioural & mindset changes.

In this seminar, the speaker will share the new paradigm of talent development, and how some organizations in Hong Kong and the rest of the world are leveraging this new blended approach for cost effective talent development programme.
