What's On

A tax dispute with the Hong Kong Inland Revenue Department ("IRD") could drag out for more than 10 years. No matter whether or not you have been asked to respond to questions by IRD, it is definitely helpful to equip yourself with an understanding of the appropriate techniques to manage tax queries and avoid disputes. Fundamentally, it is good practice to maintain proper books as a means to avoid getting into hot water with IRD. During this seminar, Ms Winky Kan from PricewaterhouseCoopers Hong Kong will detail and explore :

- Common issues that trigger IRD enquiries / investigations / audits;
- Information usually requested by IRD;
- Problems typically encountered in the enquiry process;
- Good practices with bookkeeping that fulfil IRD's expectations.

*The seminar will be conducted in Cantonese.
