According to the consultancy company [1], Artificial Intelligence ("AI") has the potential to increase corporate profitability in 16 Industries by an average of 40% by 2035. AI also contributes to the growth of the global economy. We are just now entering an era of AI innovation, which holds immense potential for businesses and in propelling the upgrade of industries.

SenseTime, China's leading AI company, focuses primarily on computer vision and deep learning, has quickly leveraged its deep learning platform and products to improve business and industrial capabilities, in essence constructing China's deep learning engine and AI ecosystem.

SenseTime's computer vision technologies, which include face recognition, image recognition, text recognition and video image analysis, have become quite widespread in the market. Mr Hailong Shang, Managing Director of SenseTime Hong Kong, will share his views on how AI innovation can make industries and the world more intelligent.

Mr. Hailong Shang is the Managing Director of SenseTime Hong Kong. He holds a B.Eng. and MBA, and has more than 10 years of extensive experience in the telecommunications field. Before joining SenseTime, Mr. Shang worked at China Unicom Global, where he was the Senior Vice-President in charge of managing China Unicom's Global B2B businesses. He was also previously the Director of China Mobile International's Government and Enterprise Relations Department, and has led his teams in achieving breakthrough business development results in the ICT industry.
His efforts have allowed firms such as Apple, Google, Facebook and Microsoft to enter
the APAC market, and intensify their cloud solutions. In addition, he has assisted Chinese conglomerates such as Alibaba, Tencent, BOC, CCB, Huawei in their global expansion efforts. Mr Shang's in-depth experience in managing global-wide projects and overseas business development, alongside his excellent relationships with institutional parties have allowed his teams to achieve and maintain sharp sales growth. He has been awarded numerous accolades such as "Most Outstanding Teacher", China Mobile's and China Unicom's "Outstanding Business Development Team". Since joining SenseTime, Mr Shang has significant strategic business success in projects involving both government institutions and overseas development.

- Substitution is allowed for corporate members only with advanced notice while walk-ins will normally not be accepted.

- There will be no refund for attendees cancelling or not showing up for the event unless the cancellation request is made in writing at least 3 days before the event, and in such cases the refund will be subjected to a 10% administration fee, or HK$100 deduction, whichever is higher.
