Jointly organized with AIESEC Alumni Association of Hong Kong, the next Network & Learn session will be featuring the Founder & CEO of Hong Kong Esports Limited, Derek Cheung and the Founder of Redspots Creative, Kevin Lee who are both successful young entrepreneurs running Digital Entertainment businesses – one of the most vibrant and creativity-demanding industries in Hong Kong. The two speakers will be sharing with participants valuable experience and insights along their own entrepreneurial journey.

During the event, participants will also be able to try out the award-winning "Virtual Idol System" which is an innovation that integrates various virtual reality technologies to develop a real-time broadcasting system of virtual three-dimensional characters who could perform live on stage or at events and interact instantly with the audience. The technology can also be used in animation production, webcasting and offline performances.

Derek returned to Hong Kong after he graduated from USC in 2012. Derek gained his solid foundation of entrepreneurship from extensive internships experience across versatile business sectors (e.g. Technology, Media, Entertainment, F&B) before his establishment of Hong Kong Esports Company Limited (HKES) in 2013. Capitalizing on the hottest global trend of esports, HKES currently headquartered in Hong Kong with regional offices located in Taiwan, Vietnam, Indonesia and Thailand. HKES is one of the leading companies in Asia focusing on esports content creation, esports products development and esports talent management. Derek has a vision to promote Hong Kong as the "Hub of Esports in Asia Pacific" so as to raise Hong Kong's global awareness in innovation and technology. Apart from growing his own company, Derek is committed to leverage his influence to gravitating millennials through diversified esports activities among the youths.

Kevin Lee, Founder & CEO of Redspots Creative
Mr. Kevin Lee Ka Tsun has been working in the entertainment technology field for more than 15 years. He started his own business in 2007 to provide all-rounded media production services to Greater China markets. He established the first 3D TV channel in Hong Kong, the first transportation media in Macau, and the first 3G mobile TV platform in Mainland China, which later became part of the listco revenue stream.

He established his business from the Greater China to the South East Asia markets, and has extended his knowledge in Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR) and virtual idol technology which has recently won the Digital Entertainment Interactive Design Gold Award, Digital Entertainment Grand Award and Award of the Year of HKICT Award 2019, the highest recognition in the technology industry by the HKSAR government.

Notes - Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of payment, on a first come first served basis.
- Booking transfer is allowed for corporate members with advanced notice, walk-ins are normally not accepted.
- The Chamber reserves the right to decline any booking or cancel the event. In such case, a full refund of the participation fee will be issued.
- No refund will be made for last minute cancellations or no-shows. If the booking is cancelled at least 7 days before the event, and in such cases the refund will be subjected to a 10% administration fee, or HK$100 deduction, whichever is higher.
- A $50 handling fee per person will be charged for all offline bookings (e.g. fax, e-mail, post) for all Chamber events. Go online today by downloading our app or registering on the HKGCC website to save the environment and money.
- Priority is given to corporate members. The decision to accept or decline any booking shall be at sole discretion of the Chamber.
