Samuel Siu is a senior executive director, Asia Pacific Healthcare Coverage of Investment Banking Division at Morgan Stanley. He is also the Signing Principal and Responsible Officer of Morgan Stanley Asia Limited and has over 15 years of investment banking and corporate finance experience. He leads IPO, M&A, various forms of fund raising as well as corporate finance transactions for healthcare companies in Asia Pacific Region.
Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Samuel has also worked in corporate finance departments in other investment banks including CITIC CLSA and BNP Paribas. He has also worked in Listing Division of Hong Kong Stock Exchange and served as a regulator for vetting and approving various corporate finance transactions for listed companies. Samuel got chartered as US CPA at PricewaterhouseCoopers HK. Samuel graduated with Bachelor of Economics and Finance from the University of Hong Kong. |
