Guardian Property Management Limited (GPML), one of the largest facilities management service providers in Hong Kong, is a member of a multi-national corporation, Savills plc, a listed company on the London Stock Exchange.

Established in 1977, GPML has since then grown to become one of Hong Kong’s largest property management companies. Today, we employ over 10,000 staff with a property portfolio of 86 million square feet and over 110,000 management units. This means that we have trained staff available to take up the management of any properties and have sufficient resources to provide effective back up services as and when required.

We provide property and facilities management services to residential buildings/estates, industrial buildings, commercial buildings, shopping centres, government's and educational institutions' built assets. Guardian’s annual turnover is in the region of HK$950 million.

Guardian has been most successful in expanding its core business into other property related services. Over the past decades, we have set up subsidiary companies in the areas of cleansing, engineering, security, gardening, carpark management and elderly home caring service.
