The Group is principally engaged in providing comprehensive multi-media contact services and contact centre system to Hong Kong corporations in diverse industries including, but not limited to, the telecommunications, banking and financial services, insurance and the public sector.

Business Activities

The comprehensive contact services that the Group provides include outsourcing inbound contact service, outsourcing outbound contact service, staff insourcing service and contact service centre facilities management service. The Group makes use of our proprietary WISE-xb multi-media contact centre system to support the operation of the services provided.
