Curiosity At Work was founded in 2025 by Jerald Lee, a former Google sales leader with 20+ years of experience building commercial teams, coaching managers, and scaling go-to-market strategies across Asia.

After 13 years at Google, Jerald launched Curiosity At Work to bring more thoughtful, human-centered growth to the workplace — blending behavioral science, structured coaching, and digital tools to support how modern teams learn and lead.

This venture brings together Jerald’s coaching expertise, leadership development focus, and a vision to make curiosity a core business advantage.

Curiosity At Work supports leaders, teams, and organizations through business coaching, leadership development, and scalable learning solutions.

We operate two core offerings:
