The Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce (HKGCC) today held the second draw for its “Hong Kong We Can Do It! Lucky Draw.” A total of 1,005 prizes were won, worth over HK$5.9 million, including $1.6 million worth of MTR Annual Passes, $950,000 worth of Landmark shopping coupons, $416,000 worth of Emperor Cinema Movie Vouchers, and hundreds of shopping, dining and cash vouchers, as well as dozens of staycations.
Jeny Yeung, Hong Kong Transport Services Director of MTR Corporation, which has sponsored $10 million in prizes, conducted the second lucky draw to randomly generate the 1,005 winners, who will be informed by SMS message that they have won. A full list of winning entries will be posted on the lucky draw website shortly.
The winner of the Mercedes Benz C-Class Saloon, Ms Chiu, was among the hundreds of winners from the first lucky draw round who visited the Chamber to claim their prizes in the past couple of weeks. The Chamber’s CEO George Leung presented her with a redemption letter and congratulated her on winning. Ms Chiu said she was thrilled to have won a Mercedes Benz worth $504,307 in the first draw.
Chamber still has five more rounds of lucky draws to go and thousands more in prizes, including two more Mercedes Benz saloons, and a pair of Cathay Pacific Business Class Tickets. So if you have had your two Covid-19 vaccinations, hold a valid HKID card, and are 18 or over, register for a chance to win a share of $43 million in prizes!” said HKGCC CEO George Leung.
Over 6,700 prizes worth $43 million have been donated by Chamber members for the seven rounds of lucky draws, which take place on: 22 July, 5 August, 19 August, 2 September, 16 September, 23 September and 30 September.
