Chamber members enjoyed an extraordinary wine-tasting experience at Watson’s Wine Bar on 22 January. 

Master Sommelier Arnaud Bardary guided members through a selection from top vineyards across the Americas – Argentina, Canada, Chile and the United States, sampling a range of exquisite reds, whites and ice wine from famous regions including Colchagua, Limari, Mendoza, Napa Valley and Ontario. 

Bardary explained that a wine’s character is shaped by factors such as climate, soil and production techniques, emphasizing that there is no single “best wine in the world.”  

“The best wine,” he concluded, “is simply the one you most enjoy drinking.”
