Chamber staff had fun learning how to make pineapple and red bean buns from scratch at a baking workshop in Yau Ma Tei on 1 July. An instructor from Twins Baking Supplies guided them through the whole process, from mixing up the dough to brushing on the final glaze before popping the buns into the oven. At the end of the session, each participant tucked into their hand-made treats and also got to take some home.
