She has 20 years of solid digital transformation experience dedicated to consumer products and the retail sector for CRM and Loyalty. She has successfully helped MNC clients to achieve end-to-end paths of digital customer transformation: from strategy design of aligning business objectives, to user experience design and data modeling design, to product design and system implementation, to co-pilot operations to enable business users, including change management along the journey. 

From our first location in the Shanghai market, we will be able to serve international clients developing in China's mainland, but also Chinese corporations looking to expand globally. Our initial priority sectors will be Luxury and Lifestyle, and Financial Services.
