He provides advice to clients on all stages of fund operations, fund establishment, and governance matters. His clients include fund managers, fund sponsors, venture capitalists in the Asia-Pacific region, as well as locally licensed fund managers regulated by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission. He also assists renowned institutional investors in making private equity and hedge fund investments in the Asia region. Mr Huang has deep experience in the establishment of crypto funds, including those registered in the Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands (BVI), as well as tokenized funds. As one of the few offshore lawyers in Hong Kong with practical experience, he provides legal consulting for participants in the virtual asset ecosystem and various virtual asset projects in the rapidly evolving fintech regulatory landscape. He is a seasoned banker with over 35 years of banking experience in Hong Kong and Macau, focusing on strategic planning. Since 1985, he has served as a senior management member of Hang Seng Bank, Dah Sing Bank, CMB Wing Lung Bank and Chiyu Bank. He was also the Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of Banco Delta Asia S.A. (Macau) for two years from mid-2022 to mid-2024. Dr Yeung obtained his Doctor of Business Administration degree from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2007. He is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (non-practising certified public accountant), a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Bankers, a fellow member of the Hong Kong Securities & Investment Institute, and the deputy president of The Association of Hong Kong Accountants. |

- Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of payment, on a first come first served basis. - Booking transfer is allowed for corporate members with advanced notice, walk-ins are normally not accepted. - The Chamber reserves the right to decline any booking or cancel the event. In such case, a full refund of the participation fee will be issued. - No refund will be made for last minute cancellations or no-shows. If the booking is cancelled at least 7 days before the event, and in such cases the refund will be subjected to a 10% administration fee, or HK$100 deduction, whichever is higher. - Members paying with their BOC HKGCC Visa Card will enjoy a 30% discount on their reservation.
