When things go well at work, great! What if they don't? Are you prepared?

When navigating in the corporate world, it is inevitable to face challenging times and undesirable business situations.

Many executives, regardless of ranks, roles, industries and nationalities, find it hard to communicate bad news with their supervisors, colleagues, investors, business partners, clients and other parties. Some even feel scared of doing it, resulting in unnecessary delays and worse consequences.

Time to equip yourself with one of the most important life-saving skills at work — Art of Negotiation & Delivering the Bad News. Join this training workshop with Tracy Ho, a recognized executive communication coach, to gain hands-on experience in a risk-free environment and apply what you've learnt to your own challenges on the spot.

This workshop is designed to sharpen your communication skills to help you create more values for your work/business and rise to the next level in your career.

- Skillfully articulate a negative situation in a positive tone and language in the workplace
- Pinpoint words that can sabotage your efforts vs words that help you gain an edge
- Master the fundamentals to overcome obstacles (i.e. turning a 'no' into a 'yes') and build long-term relationships in business situations
- Communication techniques to handle tough customers, difficult staff and bluffers
- How to adjust the negotiating approach to account for personality and cultural differences without making embarrassing blunders

Who should join this workshop:
Senior executives, line managers, customer service professionals, salespeople, and business owners who want to sharpen their workplace communication, selling, negotiation and presentation skills in a multicultural business environment.
