Agility and resilience are two management terms that have been massively used for business survival since the beginning of 2020 when the pandemic serviced within a short period and during the tough times. Employees are allowed to work away from the office. Workers lay off due to business lockdown not knowing when they can resume. Other rising business cannot hire enough people to provide their new services or products became a new normal. Unlike anything leaders have faced before, daily challenges become a part of life for everyone, regardless of how big or limited the size of the company is. Agility mindset, culture and practices have become an important survival skill.

Learning and Development Specialist, People Skills Trainer, Founder of C&S Consultancy Company

Catherine has over 20 years of corporate training and consultancy experience. Her expertise is in designing; executing; knowledge and talent development. She is very much appreciated by her trainees as an inter-active trainer; using practical simulated cases, maintaining stimulating learning atmosphere and using much creativity in mindset development. She is well known in training effective communication; people at work relationship; leadership and team building.

She has been a trainer for Hong Kong SAR Government, Civil Services Training and Development Institute for ten years. She is also one of the few trainers who had conducted training in the Hong Kong Coliseum. Her clients include, renown property companies; sizable European banks; hotels; utility companies; long-established professional bodies; reputable insurance companies; listed companies; retail and service providing companies and the Hong Kong Manufacturers Association. With her recent projects, she also provides business solutions to small and medium-sized Hong Kong companies with sizable offices in China and provide coaching services to their senior management.

Catherine has a B.A. degree from the University of British Columbia, Canada and a MSc. Degree from Leicester University, U.K.

Notes - Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of payment, on a first come first served basis.
- Booking transfer is allowed for corporate members with advanced notice, walk-ins are normally not accepted.
- The Chamber reserves the right to decline any booking or cancel the event. In such case, a full refund of the participation fee will be issued.
- No refund will be made for last minute cancellations or no-shows. If the booking is cancelled at least 7 days before the event, and in such cases the refund will be subjected to a 10% administration fee, or HK$100 deduction, whichever is higher.
- Members paying with their BOC HKGCC Visa Card will enjoy a 30% discount on their reservation. The discount is only applicable to the card holder, and does not extend to their guests. The discount cannot be used in conjunction with Chamber Coupons.
- A $50 handling fee per person will be charged for all offline bookings (e.g. fax, e-mail, post) for all Chamber events. Go online today by downloading our app or registering on the HKGCC website to save the environment and money.
- Priority is given to corporate members. The decision to accept or decline any booking shall be at sole discretion of the Chamber.
